General provisions

1.1. These rules of the e-shop are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller, which sets out the rights and obligations of the Parties.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer is informed about the changes in the Rules on the e-shop website.

Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement

2.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods in the e-shop, having previously read these rules.

Seller’s rights

3.1. In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the e-shop without notifying the Buyer in advance.

3.2. If the Buyer tries to damage the operation, stability, and security of the e-shop or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend his access to the e-shop without notice.

Obligations of the seller

4.1. The Seller undertakes to make available the services of the e-shop, the operating conditions of which are established by these Rules.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer by the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, based on the conditions established by these Purchase and Sale Rules.

4.3. When due to unforeseen circumstances the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered in the e-shop, the Seller has the right to terminate the Purchase-Sale Agreement after informing the Buyer. The seller can offer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid within 3 working days.

4.4. Upon the Buyer’s use of the Rules 5.2. the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

4.5. The Seller may not refund the amount paid by the Buyer until the goods have been returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller, whichever is the earlier.

Buyer’s rights

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the e-shop in accordance with these Rules.

5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded in the e-shop by notifying the Seller thereof in writing no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.

5.3. The Buyer may exercise the Buyer’s right discussed in Clause 5.2 only if the goods have not been damaged or their appearance has not substantially changed, as well as if they have not been used.

Obligations of the buyer

6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure provided for in these Rules.

6.2. If the Buyer, at the time of delivery of the goods, refuses to accept the goods without important reasons, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods at the request of the Seller.

6.3. At the time of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must check the condition of the consignment and the product (s) together with the Seller or the person who delivered the consignment.

6.4. By using the e-shop, the buyer confirms that he agrees with these purchase and sale rules and must comply with them.

Prices of goods

7.1. The prices of the goods in the e-shop are indicated in euros. Prices include VAT. Upon confirmation of the order, the delivery fee, if applicable, is added to the total amount of the goods.


8.1. Seller may carry out various promotions but may change their terms or terminate them at any time.

8.2. Seller may provide Buyers with gift vouchers, which can be used to pay for the purchased products.

8.3. If the amount of the order is higher than the amount of the gift voucher, the difference in price is covered by the Buyer.

8.4. Gift certificates are not exchangeable for cash.

8.5. The gift voucher holder undertakes not to disclose the unique coupon code to anyone.

8.6. If the gift voucher is lost, damaged or otherwise lost, it will not be renewed.

8.7. If the Buyer seeks to recover the money for the product, which was purchased using the gift voucher, the amount of the used gift voucher is deducted from the amount to be returned to the Buyer.

Ordering and payment of goods

9.1. After visiting the e-shop, the buyer selects the goods he likes and places them in the shopping cart. After forming the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the personal data necessary for order fulfillment: his name, surname, address to which the goods will be delivered, telephone number, and additional information that may be relevant for the delivery of the ordered goods. The buyer confirms that he has read these rules and confirms the order.

9.2. Payment can be made using Swed, Seb, Luminor bank electronic banking services, and Visa / MasterCard payment cards. Payments are available in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce and Paypal payment platforms.

Delivery of goods

10.1. When ordering the goods, the buyer must indicate the exact delivery address of the goods.

10.2. The buyer must accept the goods himself. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, but the goods have been delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding the delivered goods to the wrong person.

10.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the descriptions of the goods.

10.4. The characteristics of each product sold are indicated in the description accompanying each product. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape, or other parameters of the goods in the e-shop may not correspond to the actual size, shape, and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.

10.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase and sale agreement, all amounts paid by the Buyer, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer, shall be refunded to the Buyer.

Returning the goods

11.1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Deficiencies of sold low-quality goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are replaced and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:

11.2.1. The returned goods must be in the original neat packaging (this item does not apply in case of returning defective goods);

11.2.2. The Product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

11.2.3. The product must be unused, without losing the appearance of the product: undamaged labels, peeled protective films, etc. (this item does not apply in case of return of defective goods);

11.2.4. The returned product must be in the same configuration as it was received by the Buyer (this item does not apply in case of returning the defective product);

11.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for the return of the goods have not been complied with;

11.2.6. Return of the goods shall be carried out in the manner specified by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this clause shall not apply in case the goods are of poor quality – in this case, the return of goods within the statutory warranty period);

11.3. Goods that are single-sided (frames, trays, etc.) on the back may have small cracks, branches, or other characteristics of wood that are not considered a defect in the product and are not refundable.

11.4. Return and replacement of goods of appropriate quality shall be carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810 (1) of the Civil Code;

11.5. The money paid for the goods accepted by the Buyer but later refused shall be returned to the Buyer’s account not later than within 5 (five) days from the day of returning the goods to the Seller unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.

Final Provisions

12.1. These Rules have been drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

12.2. These Rules and the relations between the Parties with respect to these Rules shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

12.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

12.4. The Parties shall be released from the obligations under these Rules if they cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties.
